Your not fat that is a healty weight for that. I'm 5'3 and used to weigh 200lbs. Dieting was not an option for me, however I cut out the soda, no fast food and found TAEBO!!! It WILL kick your ass, along with the weight, now I'm 135 and feel wonderful! Be confident in yourself, that's all that matters

I lost about 55 pounds in 6-9 months without a formal diet. The first step for me was looking in the mirror without judgment, without the cruel voice in my head, and accepting this was the truth. My first thought was, "I can't live like this." Ate less crap, more natural seasonal foods (that I'd always loved anyway) and walked on the treadmill, just a mile or 2 at a time. I eventually joined a gym, went from size 18 to 10, and worked on my self-confidence. No diet, no counting, no carrot sticks, just a whole lot of common sense and commitment to the inital thought "I can't live like this."

old fashion diet and exercise its not always easy but if you keep your self focused will do wonder for you.. i lost 40 pounds in the last 6 months, never felt better in my life, im 44yo only work out 15 mins every morning, more reps less weight, good luck to you

Go online and find a BMI calculator, I'll bet you find that you're actually within the "normal" range. I'm 5'4 and 140 and I'm "normal". But I do know how you feel. Consider making cardio your best friend, it will really help if you do it 4-5 times a week for 40-50 minutes at a time.
