I hear you, totally. Without judgement. At 37, I learned to start to feel again. It made me realize why we risk being cold again and again. You'll feel again, it will be worth it. I promise. Been there, going through that. And all the other commenters are just as unhappy as you and me but not brave enough to admit it.
