Quit crying and go out and do something to lift your mood. I used to do clerical work in a mental hospital and the ones who cried all day were often attacked by other patients. Its depressing to be around a person who crys all the time. Do something you used to enjoy or holds your interest. Quit crying. Theres a limit to sympathy.

Take some photos while you cry. The more pictures you take, the better mood you will get into, because looking back at those photos it will seem that someone sympathizes with you. And that someone 'll be you. Don't let anyone else feel sorry for you, because you don't get as much understanding from others as you get from yourself. And now forget about crying, it's time to do all those things you were claiming not to have time for. And there are people out there waiting for you. How can one say no one else will ever want to be with them? Get to the point where you smile and you'll want to be with you if you were someone else, and see a few road blocks taken away from your path.
