As a true agnostic I want to tell you that I am very happy for you that you found faith and that it helps you.
Personally I'm so bored with all the closed-minded atheist kids who can't resist but blurt out god isn't real every chance they get. I don't know whether there is a god, but how can you can you be so sure there isn't?
How do you even define god? Maybe there isn't a person who lives in the sky and created the earth, but maybe god lives as hope and love in people's hearts.
If a person finds so much hope in religion, does it even matter if it is 'real' or not? It's real for them.

It must be really hard to lose a parent at such a young age. I was saved by faith and the grace of God at 14. I am now 60 and have never once felt that God wasn't with me through all trials and sorrows. Believe and ask God to see you through this difficult time and He will be with you always.
