You are here to overcome this. Get some help. There's a national group called SAFE (Self-Abuse Finally Ends) and their telephone number is 1-800-366-8288 (DON'T CUT). I hope this number is current. I understand control issues. I was self-abusive, but not quite a cutter, at 19 years of age.
