Adopt. There are so many babies out there that deserve a parent that will truly love them.

I do want to adopt...but at the same time i would love to know how it feels to carry a child, to feel it kick, to have all the "ugly" symptoms, to have it push against my bladder (as my friends told me babies do)...i just want to feel....

I just wanted to say I am sorry you are going through this. Also, a coworker/friend of mine is going through this right and I never realized how hurtful it was to immediately ask about adotion when a person can't give birth. I hope you are able to find peace with your situation and move on to the next step when you are ready.

I get how you're feeling. When I had to have a C-Section (scheduled the day) I actually felt robbed of the pain of childbirth.

While the physical act of having a baby is a large life event, it is a such a small part of being a mother. If you define yourself by your physical limitations, then you should seek professional help before trying to become a mother.

I did not say that is the only aspect of being a mother, but it is a part that i'm going to miss...I know loving and caring for a child is most important. I wasnt born yesterday...
