How did you lose yourself? That's the key to understanding whether or not you're losing someone else. If you think you have "no self" anymore, you're probably looking to him for all your emotional needs...trust me, men do NOT want to deal with that! You need to build yourself back up. When he sees you showing respect and concern for yourself, he will want to stay and help you. But if you can't do for yourself, don't expect anyone else to either.
