Well, at some point this person was your friend.Think back on the good qualities they possessed and find the person you actually liked.It's no good to wish ill on anyone.Let it go and allow the universe to take care of them if they deserve punishment.Let go of the ill feelings.In the long run it is you who suffers from the internalizing.

It's hard to let go when she keeps hurting me through her selfish, inconsiderate ways. I am doing everything that I can to leave this city, give up friends that we have, take losses on the mutual investments.
And I hope that her friends see her ways, so she can see, so that she will not hurt anyone else.
I hope she won't procreate to pass these traits to another generation.
Mostly I miss my dog that she didn't let me say goodbye to before she had to put her down.
