This one busted me up! My brother-in-law has a great story, that came from his dad (RIP).
His dad was outside picking up the poop from the neighbor's dog (common occurence) when the dog had the nerve to show up. Can't remember all of the story, but he got the dog, painted a skunk line down the back of it, attached a note to its collar that read "I've been a bad dog. If I continue crapping all over the neighborhood, I'm not going to come home again."
In his case, I understood that fixed the problem.

Ha ha ha! I love cats but that is too much- that cat is probably happier and healthier at the pear farm- as long as that is what you really did with that --------'s cat. Pets are like kids, some are naturally better or worse than others but it is the parent's responsibility to make sure that they are not a nuisance. I would have booted it the 1st time and I love cats, none of which ever did that!

Why should he/she have to close her doors and windows because a neighbor wouldn't come get a f***ing CAT? She had to stay locked up inside, or never open a damn window, in deference to a wandering? And can't you read? She said if she left the door to come and go while gardening. You think he/she lacks imagination. Great, coming from a moron.
