Its tough to know that you will never be the big famous, rich, powerful... person you though you would be as a kid. No one is. Just be happy you are alive. You could be that guy on tv that looks like a tree.

If your expectations are sane and reasonable, you cannot be a disappointment. it's all up to you. only you can truthfully answer the question "am i doing the best i can do?"

OP: Man..Post number 2 sent chills down my spine.
A few people did tell me that i have made a huge positive impact on their lives. I never knew i had that effect.
I guess you never know whose watching or listening to you.
I fear failure.
but...i'll try to push harder for success.

Your putting too much pressure on yourself..."What I could have..." "What I Should have..." how about just doing the best you can do today, tomorrow will be here later and yesterday is yesterday.

OP: Time waits for no one. I feel that i have wasted so much time even at the age of 23. I'm blessed to have a great...yet PRESSURING family but i never get noticed for any of my accomplishments and they let me know in their own little ways. I truly need to work on myself internally because i just never feel like i'm good enough. But i do hope one day i will reach that point where that will change.

Life is dissappointing from time to time. You need to look to your self to to over that. From every dissappointment you can find strangth. You can only be stronger from your mistakes. I wish you well

I've always noticed this. With young people dying, they're always remember for what they could have been. With older people, it's for what they have accomplished. I often times feel the same way, to be better know for my potential rather than the lame existence I have made of it.
