young man actually "35", you see if there is money in her account she just spends it till it's gone, she blames it on impulsiveness. I am thinking of our future and our child's future. We live better than most, have little to no debt and it will remain that way under my watch. Trust me, i don't like to be this way but if i wasn't we would be a statistic right now and i don't want that stress added to being a new parent. She is a stay at home mom by the way. Just got her a newish Volvo so trust me she isn't deprived. She is my best friend and I love her dearly as she is my life.

but how do you handle taxes? are you then forced to lie, or does she not read/understand the taxes? if it makes you a tax cheat then that is another issue. But I fully agree to protect your family you must prevent her stupid wasteful spending, she is childish if she can't control herself, and too dependent on you being the man, it's tuff for you.
