tell him the reasons why you want to lose weight. It's for you- not for him.

i've lost 90#'s over the last 2 years. And i can tell you. Your life DOESN'T change as MUCH as you think it will. LOL i am MUCH more active, and DO a whole lot MORE physically then i have ever in my life. But, it did NOT make my life any MORE exciting. or MY husband. LOL but, thats another story... Good luck, take it slow, and the body changes and life changes then kinda catch UP to one another. and perhaps your husband will become MORE active WITH you. I do water aerobics EVERYDAY to use up my *evil energys*, and sometimes i can talk people into joining me, but, for the most part I go alone. (its my ONE hour aday that is all about ME.

I, too, have lost 85 lbs in 2 years. My husband loves his "curvy girl" since I am a bbw still. I am a flirt, and he knows that the weight loss hasn't changed a thing except my pride in my body and my pride in losing the weight. Do it for your heealth, girl. It's worth it.

They are right. I love big girls. My wife has lost about 100 lbs, and I couldn't love her more. Her new happiness and confidence are worth anything. You may very well inspire him, you never know.

(above poster again) NOT being disrespectful. Just an odd choice of words that struck me funny. Sorry, I'm warped and easily amused. J.
