You should not feel guilty, and you should be a part of your son's life no matter what. He will look up to you in the long run for not being a coward and running away from him because of your sexual preference. I have a little boy and a husband, if my husband told me he was gay I would accept it and I would still want him in mine and my son's life. I know this for a fact.
