i've come to realize my mother is a huge narcissist. even though i know now, i STILL feel like a loser for the things she said. she doesnt listen and i hate it |

My father is a narcissist, and I know that he will never change. I still love him, and I know that all the horrible things he's said and done to my brothers and I are unintentional, and help him maintain the facade he maintians. I must say that the book "Malignant Self Love" helped me to deal with him immensely, and I recommend it highly.
