I get the impulse, the desire to be pregnant, have babies. It's a cool thing, and life changing. Here's the real thing, though: One can't just have kittens, puppies, or babies. You can't have just weddings or first dates.
You become the parent of growing, needy and ever-changing beings. Just like "Being pregnant results in babies, having babies makes one a parent of not just babies, but toddlers, preschoolers, kids, then teenagers, and adults. How often do you hear that people want "teenagers"?
Give this a little thought, as well as your motives, or before you know it, you may have to talk to your own 15 year old about the very same thing.

Don't have a baby until you've stopped growing yourself (check with your doctor) or you'll permanently damage not only your own health but that of the fetus. On the moral / ethical side of things, don't have a baby 'til you can support it. Do some research on how much a kid costs (not just the first couple years - go 'til it's at least 18), and what kind of job you could get as a middle-school dropout. If you finish growing up while you're getting a college degree, you'll be in much better shape physically & financially to care for a child. (Hint - breastfeed until the kid can eat solid food, and potty-train by the age of 2. It'll save lots of money.)

Do you even know that welfare doesnt come CLOSE to what anybody needs to properly survive. Its about $650 a month for one person
Hypothetically its $500 a month for rent that leaves you with $150 for everything else that you need to live...
So lemme as you again.. do you REALLY think her whole idea to have kids is so that she can take your "tax dollars" so that she is starving herself, and barely getting by with kids?

Let's put the welfare situation in perspective with some hard facts. Total federal, state and local government expenditures on 85 welfare programs was $620 billion. That's larger than national defense ($495 billion) or public education ($472 billion). So again, it appears poster #2 does have a legitimate concern over illegitimacy of redistributing our wealth to those who are undeserving. I'd rather see my tax dollars spent on defense. Welfare children and everyone else, for that matter, won't mean much if we get nuked.

A 15 year old baby machine in this day and age is simply not a good idea, especially one as excited as this to have them. Britney Spears sounded like this and she still ended up divorced, crazy, and without custody, and she's wealthy! Do us all a favor, don't.

Honey, no teenager "needs a baby." You need to finish your education and grow up. How will you support a baby if you're in school? Do you expect the taxpayer to pay for your baby? My wife and I had finished college when we had our first child, and it was very hard on both of us! I could not imagine being a father as a teenager! And babies are not babies for long! Babies grow up up and become disagreeable kids who talk back, ignore you except when they want stuff, and do all kinds of dumb stuff - this is the truth!
