If trash comes in all colors,why are the prisons full of mostly african american inmates ? Why are most violent offenders black ? Why are more blacks per capita on government services ? It's because out of all the races on the planet..blacks are the most useless.

Segregation was wrong, and it was proper to end it. Having said that, blacks and other non-whites have turned scores of middle class (And even affluent) city neighborhoods into violent hell holes since the passage of the civil rights act of 1964. Blacks have turned public schools once as good as any private school into holding tanks in city after city. I have lived and worked all over the USA and this is the truth.
