Please.. I'm a woman and I can't stand women bosses! I'll take a man boss any day. I was a boss at one time but I wasn't BOSSY! There's a difference when running a business. There were a few managers but it seemed like anyone who had a problem always came to me because I could handle it better than the other managers. That's because I'm not a stuck up b****. Women can be total cranks to other women especially if that other woman is pretty. whew.. look out! It's like they are so jealous they can't even hide it. UGH No thanks, I'll take a man boss any day!

When I was in nursing clinicals one of my female instructors told me she likes males in the class because the women aren't so competitive in the presence of males.

One of my very best work experiences was working under a particular female supervisor. This is in NO WAY the norm. Women have a weird handle on being in charge. Usually it reeks of inexperience and insecurity. Pulling rank right away is the sign of an amateur.
