Or perhaps you've been cutting him off for two years and he's finally fed up with someone who can't sit still long enough to wait until he finishes his thought, which would have answered the barrage of stupid obvious questions you dunned him with before hew was done. Hey, just maybe...

His reaction to being cut off is a symptom of other issues in your relationship. Come to terms with it, honey. He is losing interest. Why is it a waste of 2 years? Because he is not marrying you in the future? You can't expect that every guy to date over a period of time is leading to marriage. I swear to god, all women are the same.

He was looking for an excuse to get out. You'll get over it and move on. Something better is out there...

Sit back quietly and watch him. See what he does with your quietness. I didn't say "don't speak to him"; I said to carry yourself quietly in all you do. And see how he reacts to that. It will tell you a lot.

OP...you got it correct...2 years wasted ! There is a lot more going on and you should move on and find another. The treatment you described because you interrupted him puts the frosting on the cake. Get another !!

I cut people off sometimes, have been criticized for it, bad habit, I think it has something with my 'male middle-aged short attention span', sometimes I try to finish their thought for them, (one was a brigadier general - he told me dont do that again!). Whatever it is, S O R R Y!
