I think that God is trying to tell me something, but I don't know what he is trying to say. For once in my life, the presence of God is my only explanation.

Very intriguing. Go with your gut and let the card fall where they may. Then, your direction may be more clear and you can move ahead with greater confidence and a greater sense of peace. Good luck and may the force be with you!

Actually, the very fact that there is no evidence that God exists, IS evidence that he does NOT exist. Any God, by definition, but be self-evident and revelatory. Since neither of these qualities exist in the God people believe in, he does not exist. Case closed.

^First, your idea of evidence isn't scientific. Science accepts far more than random double-blind trials toward the goal of increasing knowledge. Second, self evident and revelatory are not in the definition of God. You made that up. Lack of evidence actually supports the existence of god, because evidence would mean faith is unnecessary, and religion by definition involves faith.

The simple fact that there is no God means that you need to look elsewhere for your answers.

^uh oh, it's holier-than-thou atheist!

^ That comment is pretty stupid when you think about it. The fact remains that there has never been any evidence provided for the existence of a god. Ever.
