Everyone has these thoughts from time to time. If they say no, they are lying. The reason people become violent is because they suppress their anger over the pain they feel and don't process it. Killing others solves nothing. Let yourself be angry in a way that doesn't harm others. Maybe start by posting secrets about what you are pissed off about. I do and it works wonders.
