OP here - To clarify I'm their sister. She decided her internet boyfriends were more important to her than her children. Her sons were on meth when I got them, and she abandoned them in a hotel room. One is now in the military and the other is now in college. And she is very, very proud of how she overcame so much to raise them 'just right'.

Oh please! It sucks to do all the work and the bio mom acts like she's the one who sacrificed and put them first when anyone who knows the real situation knows the bio mom was a total screw up! The boys know too but it's their mom so try not to say bad things about her infront of them. It's hard.. believe me.. but in the end they know who was an idiot and who was there for them. Besides, if she cleaned up and is doing right now that's good. Maybe one day she won't be in denile about who was there for them when she checked out.
