This is the most important decision this woman will ever make. And the decision is hers. Support her and love her with whatever she chooses to do. I believe chemo and radiation and surgery just prolong life.....and that most cancer comes back. It is the most horrible disease. I truly don't know if I would get treatment if I got it. But I sure wouldn't won't others telling me what to do. Good luck and stand by your friend. She will need you.

^being a "bItch" has nothing to do with her decision not to get treatment. people have the RIGHT to chose whether or not they want to pursue chemo and radiation or not....and there are no guarantee's that she would even have a chance anyway. if the cancer has already reached her lymphatic system she might as well enjoy the last few months she has left feeling like a whole person instead of poisoning herself until her hair falls out and she throws up 10 times a day and loses so much weight she looks like a skeleton. since none of us know why she wants to be left alone so why judge???

Western medicine has no explanation for cancer, and all it treats is cancer. Most cancer does come back, or it would if those in remission didn't die of later complications directly tied to dosing with toxic chemicals. It's akin to pouring vinegar on a weed and expecting the blueberry next to it to be better off.

^maybe it's stage four and she doesnt want the last few months she has left to be spent sitting in a hospital injecting herself with poison....if i had cancer i'm not sure i would treat it either. after seeing what my family members have gone through the treatments are by far the worst part of cancer, not the cancer itself.
