OP here. My father and his wife started out with all 6 kids in one hosuehould. My brother moved out (couldn't stand her) her eldest son moved out (couldn't stand him) and slowly but surely, all kids (except one) moved out to be with their other parents. Her lies against me and my brother and his control issues with her kids drove us apart. But neither adult stuck up for any kids. She let him yell at her kids and he let her lie about us.
