Same story with me. I tell her that I want to eat healthy, and she just sais- "fine then I'll just eat them all myself, right in front of you. You din't have to have any." It's so anoying, because it's not that easy- if they're there, I'll eat them.

I don't know why some mothers do this. My mother did the same when I was growing up. After I left the house at age 18, I lost 30 pound without even trying....and then I became anorexic for about 4 years. Unfortunately, she is setting you up for a life long battle with weight.

^ Yeah she does understand what she's doing. But screw her, from now on I'm going to use my allowance to buy my own food.

Anyone else notice how many "overweight" kids are used in commercials nowadays? I guess they are trying to make that the "norm".

I keep telling my wife not to buy that crap! but its like she can't help herself in the stores. I can walk up and down the aisles all day without filling a cart, but give in when its at home. the worst part is 2 weeks later she says "did you eat the so and so..."yes, the day after you bought it!

She is trying to teach you self control. Once you learn it Daniel Son, you will be skinny like chop stick.
