have you heard of kegal exercises? you may have weak pelvic floor muscles! regardless you should not be afraid to talk to your doctor about it. i am having the same problem but it is pregnancy induced, good luck!

exactly what i was thinking. hit those pc muscles with a little kegal. its better for birth and aging anyway. women who dont do this....their vaginas fall out when they hit 80. no joke. shit goes inside out. also makes orgasms stronger!

Obviously there are immature LITTLE BOYS making stupid comments.. don't listen to them. Almost every girl I know is the same way and we are all super pretty and have great husbands and boyfriends. Wear panty liners and try to pee often. It's totally common and even guys when they get to a certain age start to dribble... So the ones that are making stupid comments should watch it. In a few short years they will have little tell tale signs on pee drops on the fronts of their pants...

^3 up - caffeine has NOTHING to do with it. It's definitely just a muscle issue, and kegels should address it. Plus, it will make sex better for you in the years to come. Forget the panty liners, you won't need them with proper excercise.

this is completely common with women, but do go to the dr. Im not sure it should happen with someone so young. Try the vagul exercises(squeeze your vaginal muscles and hold for 10 seconds) that will definatly help. don't be embarrassed just wear a pad

If you're a "completely healthy" teenager (I'm assuming you have not given birth), this should not be happening at your age! See a urologist (A female if you can find one in your area) right away! Good luck and G-d bless.
