I understand, it's hard to control sometimes. Try an appetite surpressant...or look for a support group, there are so many people in the same boat..trust me..so am I. I struggle with it daily.

Just try to see yourself as worth it, you have to have disipline more than anything. I know how hard it can be I weigh 290 and am working on it too. Exercise also as well as portion control will set you on your way.

im the same. i used to be so cute! then had kids :( im getting older too. its just not easy anymore. it sucks and im so busy, i go to school too..... luckily my husband loves me anyway!
